If he really has not eaten in weeks he needed to be seen day 2 of anorexia. Do your little friend a favor and go see a vet.

hi are u sure it is wheezing and not just a silly noise the kitten makes when hes excited, my 10 month old kitty makes some really silly noises when hes playing, wheezing is usually not a good sign it can be a sign of heart disease or lung disease, my jasper has a bad heart and he wheezes all the time he doesn't take any exercise now maybe a quick walk around the garden but that's it. u can hear jasper wheezing when hes sleeping, usually a cat with a chest problem would continue to wheeze after the exercise, it may be worth popping him to the vet just to be sure, get them to listen to his heart and lungs, also hes a bit young to be overweight, maybe try feeding him the light food, its difficult to regulate food when they are kittens my harry eats everything, his tummy is like a bottomless pit!!!!!. good luck with him
