Only a vet, trained in vet medicine can properly diagnose your cat's problem. If this has been going on for a week, why haven't you been to the vet yet? Don't wait any longer, your cat could be seriously ill, perhaps life threatening.

You just answered your own question. You know you need to take her to the vet...so THAT is what you need to do. NOW.

Then ask the VET what her illness is.

I'm really perplexed as to why this cat is being allowed to suffer while you ask a community of morons (non-morons excluded) what they think MIGHT be wrong with her. Let a highly educated professional worry about that while he/she is treating her.
